An aptitude test is a standardized test designed to assess a person’s cognitive abilities and skills. These tests are often used by universities and colleges as part of their admission process for graduate programs such as GRE, GMAT and CAT. The purpose of these tests is to evaluate the student’s ability to reason, think critically, and solve problems in a time-limited environment.
